1500W CNC Metal Fiber Laser Cutting Machine
Yongmao Sheet Metal Laser Marker LCT3015, LCT4020 series flatbed fiber laser cutting machine features high accurate, high productivity and excellent quality of metal plate laser cutting.
When cutting aluminum, stainless steel, the so-called fusion cutting method is used to produce a clean and oxide-free cutting edge: the focused laser beam melts material, a high pressure nitrogen is used to blow the molten metal out of the kerf, there is no further processing required on the work piece.
When cutting carbon steel, the so-called flame cutting or laser burn cutting method is used to cut thick steel plates with a relatively low laser power: the mild steel material oxidation with high pressure oxygen cutting gas and introduces additional heat into the cutting kerf, thereby accelerating the cutting speed.
